About Us
The Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra is a professional regional orchestra serving communities throughout Western North Dakota. Through its annual concert season, educational initiatives, and community collaborations, BMSO presents classical masterworks, contemporary compositions, guest artists, and youth performances. In addition to its flagship orchestra, BMSO operates the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Youth Orchestras, providing training and performance opportunities for over 75 student musicians annually. The organization also partners with schools, arts organizations, and community groups to present performances and educational programs that expand access to orchestral music across the region.
